Quebec Trend-setter for Healthy Eating and Green Living for 22 Years !

Located once again at the Montreal's Palais des Congrès, this extremely popular exhibition features the latest and the best products that support healthy eating and living. Montrealers are becoming more and more conscious as to how important it is to care what one puts into the mouth, on the skin, or has at home or in the back yard. People are turning to the latest trends and information how to choose the best products and foods that support their health and vitality. This year's show offers a great assortment of products that do just that. The visitors will discover, buy, and bring home items that will support their health and well-being, additionally making them conscious about carrying for the environment.

The Expo will be also presented at the Centre des Congrès de Québec on March 30-31 (19th Edition), and at the Eastern Townships for the 
first ever kick-off event at the Centre des Foires in Sherbrooke, on May 11-12, 2019.


This year, the Expo brings together nearly 350 exhibitors, and will welcome over 35,000 visitors, offering solid strategies and tools to improve health, well-being, and people's living environment all year round.



Author of several books on vegetarian cuisine as well as the founder of Expo Manger Santé et Vivre Vert Renée Frappier, who is also an enthusiast about the growing popularity of the Zero Waste movement, stated:

Expo Manger Santé et Vivre Vert also includes two other very important sections, Ecology and Global Health, providing a complete overview of the newest products and trends for a healthy and ecological lifestyle.

Among the lead products, visitors will discover a variety of vegan foodstuffs such as a new vegan cheese sauce, vegan sorbets and a pizza flour made from organic wheat, as well as various new fermented, raw and probiotic foods. Some exhibitors are also offering the Expo visitors the opportunity to purchase their products in bulk.



An Impressive Guest List

In addition to the many popular tastings, Expo Manger Santé et Vivre Vert also offers an equally tantalizing assortment of over 150 conferences and culinary demonstrations:

Big names such as Marilou, Isabelle Huot, Andréanne Martin, Jessie et PH, Stephanie Audet (Chef at the LOV restaurants), Famille et Tofu, Jocelyna Dubuc (Spa Eastman) will be taking to the educational stage throughout the panoply of events being held at this year’s Expo. Back by popular demand, for an 8th Edition, is the Championnat de cuisine végétale de Montréal, a cookoff promoting plant-based recipes while encouraging culinary creativity. The panel of judges: Caroline Huard (Loounie Cuisine), Emmanuel Bilodeau and Jean-Philippe Cyr (La Cuisine de Jean-Philippe) will determine which is the most colourful, nutritious and original creation, all in a pleasantly relaxed atmosphere. In addition, top bakers will be celebrated during this 6th Batch of the Best Artisan Baking Competition, a presentation of la Meunerie Milanaise.

  1. Chaque minute dans le monde, 6 personnes meurent du diabète... Directement, ou indirectement par suite d’une complication. Au total, cette maladie serait donc à l’origine de près de 4 millions de décès par an !
